A voyage through sight, sound and sea
One and All is a voyage through sight, sound and sea, with three leading artists – Tania Kovats, Owen Sheers and Martyn Ware. Working with art, poetry and 3D sound, their specially created pieces mark our powerful emotional and personal connection with the British coast.
One and All marked 50 years of the National Trust’s Neptune Campaign, which has helped to fund the acquisition and care of 775 miles of coastline. Commissioned by Trust New Art, the National Trust’s contemporary arts programme, and Sound UK, One and All takes inspiration from this important work to create an evocative journey through our amazing coastline online and on site at Somerset House, London which took place in winter 2015.
This immersive coastal journey can be experienced at nationaltrust.org.uk/oneandall where visitors to the website are invited to explore a virtual coastal landscape and discover the work of each commissioned artist.
